If you are experiencing hair loss due to a medical condition or as a result of
medical treatment, you will want to find the best wig on the market. At
Sisters United Hair, we assist every client the best we can be reimbursed for
their medical wig from their insurance provider.
Upon purchase of one of our custom-designed wigs, contact your health
insurance company to find out if a cranial hair prosthesis wig or medical hair
replacement unit qualifies for reimbursement.

A majority of insurance policies cover “prescribed cranial prosthesis” but do
not cover wigs. In such a case, you will need to get a prescription from/letter
from your physician.
