Medical wigs are intimate, medical-adjacent products and are subject to strict hygiene and safety standards. All return requests are reviewed individually. Items that do not meet the eligibility checklist or fail inspection will be denied and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Unscented and free of odors
Not brushed, combed, styled, or manipulated
Not exposed to heat, adhesive, tape, or styling products
Returned with original tags attached
Returned in original packaging, fully intact
